Horizon Marina is a family owned and operated full service marina conveniently located in Toms River, NJ. Situated at the mouth of the Toms River on the Barnegat Bay, the Marina is just off the Intercoastal Waterway. Enjoy fishing, skiing, wave boarding and family boating on the protected waters of the Barnegat Bay and its many adjoining rivers, bays and coves. Quick access to the Atlantic Ocean is a short distance away via either the Barnegat or Manasquan inlets.
