2011 Projects...

 

All the pilings in both the inner and outer lagoons were repaired, reset or replaced.


Many of the finger piers in the inner lagoon were damaged or broken apart

from the bitter cold weather we had this winter so all new fingers piers

in the inner lagoon are currently being built.

The concrete in the lot in front of the showroom building has been

removed and the repaving was completed in July.

Our new office in the sales building has been completed. Stop by and see us anytime!

Upcoming projects for 2012....

A new roof has just been put on the showroom building. And the next project
that will begin in March 2012 is the refacing of the front of this building.

Stop by our service dock. It has been redone with teak and has a nice clean
look to it. Also, a pump out station has been added for your convenience.

All permits for the electrical wiring for under the boardwalk were just received
March 19th so that work should begin in early April.
